# We run private dinners for sales teams and the clients they want to close and keep.

Everything before the night and everything after it is ours. The table is yours.

OverDinner plans and runs private client dinners in Singapore for B2B sales teams. Site: https://overdinner.sg. Contact: hello@overdinner.sg. Start here: https://overdinner.sg/start

## The problem

**One good dinner moves a deal further than a quarter of meetings. A bad one sets it back a year.**

A memorable dinner takes someone on your team three days and a lot of chasing. That someone is usually you, or a person on your team you’d rather was selling.

## What we do

**A date and a guest list from you. A full table from us.** The room is the easy part.

- **The venue.** Private rooms in Singapore that hold a conversation, not just a headcount. We have eaten in every one.
- **The people.** Invitations in your name, every reply chased, a reserve list so the table is full on the night.
- **The menu.** Built with the chef to be talked about, not just eaten.
- **The table.** The right people next to each other, and the host free to work the room.
- **The details.** Names on the menus, dietaries handled, a car waiting. The things nobody notices until they are wrong.
- **The follow-up.** In their inbox before they log on the next morning.

One person runs your dinner from start to finish, and you have her number.

## What a dinner with us looks like

Private rooms and venues that set you up for the conversations that move deals forward. People seated next to who they should be, menus built to be talked about, and follow-ups in their inbox before they log on the next day.

Your guests never see us. But they talk about the dinner for weeks.

## Pricing

- **S$3,500** One dinner.
- **S$1,500** A dinner a month, each, on an annual programme.

Food, drink and the room are billed at cost, as one per-head price you approve before anything is booked. We do not mark them up.

## Questions

### How much notice do you need?

Six weeks is comfortable. Four works if your guest list is ready and your dates can move. We need the full guest list three weeks before the dinner.

### How many guests?

Twelve is the number we would pick for you: one conversation, everyone heard. We run tables from eight and have done rooms of thirty.

### What do I actually have to do?

Answer four questions, take a 30-minute call, send us the guest list. After that you approve three things on your own page: the venue and its price, the invitations, and the printed menus. Then you turn up.

### Who pays the venue?

You do, directly, at a per-head price you approved before we booked. The venue contracts with you and you pay them the deposit and the balance. We invoice our fee only. We never hold venue money.

### Do my guests know you exist?

Invitations go out in your name and read like you wrote them. Replies, dietaries and reminders come to us, so you never chase. If you want one of us in the room on the night, we arrive an hour before you, check the table, brief the manager, and do not sit down.

### What if someone drops out?

We ask you for three reserve names at the start, and anyone who declines is asked for a colleague who should come instead. We follow up on day three, seven and ten. If the table is still short ten days out, we phone and you make two calls.

### What happens to guest details afterwards?

They are held in one place, for this dinner only, and never in a group chat. For a one-off dinner we delete them 30 days after the date. On a programme we keep them until it ends.

### Can we do this every month?

Yes. The annual programme is a dinner a month at S$1,500 each, with the same person running all twelve and a page that shows what is done, what is next and what is owed.
